Join us for Mornings in the West, our all-levels 3- or 5-mile run through West Oakland. The pace is conversational (Zone 2), with pace leaders and regular stops to regroup. Need more miles? Keep it going on the Bay Trail. After the run, stick around for El Mercado 001, featuring local food, drinks, creatives, and more. Support local, meet some new people, and spend your Sunday with us. Running? Bring a change of dry clothes so you can stay a while. Not running? Come through anyway. El Mercado is open to everyone.
