This event is exclusively for CTOs. AI is moving faster than most engineering roadmaps can keep up. The tools are multiplying, team structures are changing, and every CTO is being asked to do more with less. Join a curated group of CTOs for an honest, practical conversation about what is actually creating leverage and what is just noise. Featured speakers: Adrian McDermott — CTO, Zendesk Ameya Bhatawdekar — Field CTO, Braintrust Together, we’ll discuss: - What are CTOs no longer building from scratch? - Where is AI creating real 10x leverage, and where is it still mostly hype? - How is AI changing who you hire, how teams are structured, and what great engineering talent looks like? - What should CTOs automate, and what should never be delegated? - Is your tech stack becoming a moat or just a pile of tools? Expect a candid, peer-level conversation with no slides and plenty of time to compare notes with other CTOs navigating the same shift. Attendance is limited to 50 CTOs. This event is exclusively for CTOs and is part of #SFTechWeek.
