Entering the US used to take a 30-person GTM team and two years of burn. Some teams are now doing it with a handful of people and an AI stack. Three operators open their real screens, ten minutes each: the actual tools, workflows, and numbers behind their US entry.
Then the mic goes to the room. If you're running your own cross-Pacific playbook, bring one workflow that worked. If you're about to start, bring your hardest question. Korean food and drinks after, and we're not rushing anyone out.
THE NIGHT
5:00 · Doors, coffee
5:30 · We run the prompts live. Same question in Korean and in English, side by side, and we see which names come back.
5:45 · Fireside: what AI-native US entry actually looks like from the inside, with Lucy Park (CPO, Upstage), TaeYong (CEO, EO), and Snow Lee (CEO, Runbear). More guests announced soon.
6:05 · Three lightning talks, ten minutes each. Real screens, real numbers, receipts required.
6:40 · Open floor. Bring one workflow that worked, or the question you're stuck on.
7:00 · Korean food, drinks, and the people who actually ship this stuff
7:30 · Out the door, straight into party hour
ON STAGE
Three operators, hand-picked: one consumer brand, one B2B team, and one American selling into the same market. Each opens their actual screens for ten minutes and names what the tooling replaced. We're confirming the lineup now and will announce each one here as it locks.
Nobody in the lightning slots is selling anything, and we'll say so from the stage.
WHO IT'S FOR
Operators running US go-to-market from Asia, or about to start. Founders, country managers, brand leads, and the two-person teams carrying a whole market. If you have real traction at home and nobody in America has heard of you yet, this room is yours.
Know someone who belongs on this stage? Reach us at snow@runbear.io. We're picking three, not running an open call.
