Join our facilitated, intimate figure drawing group at The Art Bloc Sausalito, a welcoming space designed for artists of all levels to slow down, observe deeply, and strengthen their drawing practice in a supportive community setting. This small group experience focuses on presence, technique, and creative exploration. With guided prompts and thoughtful pacing, you’ll develop confidence in capturing the human form while connecting with fellow creatives in a calm, inspiring studio environment. What you’ll experience Warm welcome and grounding start We’ll begin by settling into the space, meeting one another, and setting intentions for a focused, creative session. Guided figure drawing Our facilitator will lead timed poses and offer gentle technique tips on proportion, movement, light, and shadow. Observation and flow Work through a mix of quick gesture sketches and longer poses to build both fluidity and precision. Creative support and community Share the space with a small group of artists, fostering connection, encouragement, and artistic growth. Reflection and optional sharing Close the session with time to reflect on your work and, if you’d like, share insights or pieces with the group. Whether you’re new to figure drawing or looking to refine your skills, this intimate workshop offers a beautiful balance of structure, creativity, and community.
