You're standing up. So is everyone else. We just asked who's bought or built agents: a coding assistant, a code reviewer, a notetaker, a doc / ticket writer, a standup bot. Nobody has sat down. Then: name the metric that got better. Across 22,000 developers, AI reviews a quarter of all pull requests - yet median PR review time is up 441%. Everyone automated the typing. Nobody automated the waiting. We audited our own Jira and GitHub. It wasn't pretty. Those numbers stay in the room. For engineers, product or project managers and founders. Breakfast, an open discussion, and a few minutes on what we built. Come ready to stand up.
