For one evening, Sobo transforms into a sit-down dining experience for our Shochu Tasting Night with IIchiko. How it works: We’re serving a curated ramen lineup made only for this event — not our regular full menu. RSVP helps us plan the room, but walk-ins are welcome. A slower, more intentional way to experience ramen, shochu, and the debut of our Sobo Calm Collection cocktails. First come first serve.
