Hi lovelies! Before I leave for the month of August, I want to spend Sunday morning urban sketching with my favorite people, in my favorite neighborhood… Hosting urban sketching outings was one my favorite jobs back in Japan, and want to try it on for size again here in NYC! You do nooooot need to be an artist to join. I want the goal of the morning to be learning more about the objects and spaces that surround us through sketching and observing. Tentative agenda of the morning: - 20-30m Starting at my favorite coffee shop Nako, grab a coffee with beautiful mugs and our caffeine of choice -20m at a local bodega -20m down by the water -Ending at a park in the neighborhood As a note, my twin Reylia will be there to take photos!
