Nine to Five Book Club formally invites you to join our September book club meeting at a popular location in Los Angeles. This month's book club pick is "My Year of Rest and Relaxation” by Ottessa Moshfegh! Enjoy up to two hours worth of chatting about our book club picks for the month with coffee, tea, and food with other readers! You do not need to have read the book club pick for the month in order to RSVP for our meeting! Bring any book you read to our monthly meetings and enjoy a special time full of joy, chatter, and community! —— Nine to Five Book Club was created to celebrate the balance between our busy nine-to-five lives and the comfort, joy, and escape we find in books. 🛋 Our book club meetings are free to join for the purpose of reading joyfully, sharing the love of books, holding discussions, and connecting with other readers to build healthy and loving friendships and community. However, if you feel moved to donate, any amount given to our book club will go directly toward local pet rescues and shelters, helping save and serve homeless animals and those at risk, and giving them a second chance at a safe, loving life. --- Welcome to our club and we hope you stay connected!
