🎧 Shhh… We Are Dancing!        Ticket Agreement, Waiver & Silent Disco Love Note      By purchasing a ticket to Shhh… We Are Dancing!, you agree to the following terms.  Agreement to these terms is required for ticket purchase and entry.    We promise rhythm, joy, connection, and a little magic.  You promise to show up responsibly and take care of yourself and others. Deal? 💃🕺          🎶 1. Dance at Your Own Delight (and Risk)      This is a music-filled movement experience. That means:    • You will be dancing.  • You will be wearing wireless headphones.  • You will be surrounded by other joyful humans.  • Lighting may be low and surfaces may be uneven.    By attending, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with dancing, movement, sound levels, crowds, and being present on the property.    Listen to your body. Pace yourself. Hydrate. Twirl wisely.          🎧 2. Silent Disco Headset Responsibility      You will be issued a wireless headset for the evening.    By accepting it, you agree:    • To treat it with care.  • Not to drop, throw, modify, or misuse it.  • To return it at the end of the event.    You understand that you are financially responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged headsets.    Headphones off? You may continue dancing — just slightly less enchanted ✨          🍷 3. Drink Mindfully & Plan Your Ride      If alcohol is served or consumed:    • You confirm you are 21+.  • You agree to drink responsibly.  • You accept full responsibility for your behavior.    You also agree to arrange safe transportation home if you consume alcohol. This may include a designated driver, rideshare, taxi, or other safe travel plan.    The event organizers and hosts assume no responsibility for your transportation to or from the event, or for any incidents occurring after you leave the premises.    We are here for elevated vibes — not reckless exits.          🚭 4. Clear Air Policy      This is a strictly non-smoking event.    No cigarettes, cigars, vaping, or smoke clouds of any kind on the premises.    Let’s keep the air clean for dancing lungs and deep beats.          📸 5. Cameras, Sparkle & Social Media      Security cameras may be in use on the property for safety purposes.    Photos and videos may also be captured during the event. By attending, you grant permission for your image, likeness, and voice to be used for promotional materials, social media, and future event marketing — without compensation.    If you appear radiant online later… that’s the rhythm working 😉          👜 6. Personal Property      You are responsible for your personal belongings.  The event is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.          ⚖️ 7. Release of Liability      By purchasing a ticket and attending, you release and hold harmless the event organizers, hosts, venue owners, DJs, staff, volunteers, and affiliates from any claims, injuries, damages, liabilities, or losses arising from or related to your participation in this event.    You understand that you are choosing to attend freely and voluntarily.    We are grateful you’re here.          ✨ 8.
