A Salon for Navigating Work, Identity, and Change AI is changing more than the tasks we perform. It is reshaping roles, workflows, expertise, decision-making, and what it means to contribute value. For many people working in technology, this raises a deeper question than what skill to learn next: As your work changes, who are you becoming, and how do you want to shape what comes next? Join Zhennovate for an interactive reinvention salon for founders, technologists, product and engineering leaders, designers, researchers, and operators navigating AI-driven change. This is not a panel, recruiting event, or conventional networking mixer. It is a thoughtfully facilitated experience combining personal reflection, meaningful conversation, and practical experimentation. Together, we will explore: - What is changing, or ready to change, in your work and life? - Which strengths, values, and forms of human judgment you want to carry forward? - What you may need to release, redefine, or learn? - Where you still have agency amid forces you cannot control? - What your next chapter might look like beyond a job title? - One concrete experiment you can begin over the next 30 days. You will engage in guided individual reflection, structured conversations with other participants, and small-group exploration. You will leave with a personal reinvention hypothesis, a practical next step, and new relationships with people asking similarly important questions. This experience is particularly relevant if: - AI is materially changing your role or profession. - You are contemplating a career pivot or new chapter. - Your accomplishments no longer provide the direction they once did. - You want to work with AI without losing your judgment, identity, or sense of purpose. - You are building the future while reconsidering what kind of future—and life—you want to build. The event is designed to help people move beyond transactional networking and have the kinds of conversations that are often difficult to find in professional life. Capacity is intentionally limited to create an intimate, participatory experience. This event is a part of #SFTechWeek—a week of events hosted by VCs and startups to bring together the tech ecosystem. Learn more at www.tech-week.com.
