NOTE: Traditionally in Congolese dance, womxn wear a Lapa. A Lapa is a wrap skirt for dancing. Most large scarves will do. Please bring one if you feel called to!
Nova Brown is an actor, dancer, singer, and Miami native who recently completed her Bachelors in Fine Arts at the University of Michigan. Bridging her intersectional artistic identities, ranging from musical theatre stylings to dances of the African Diaspora, Nova aims to bridge multiple cultures together through performance.
