To maintain this environment, we have established the following Community Guidelines, which apply to all users across our platforms. By using Partiful, you agree to abide by these guidelines and our Terms of Service. Violations of these guidelines may result in deleted content or events, disabling or banning accounts, or other restrictions.
1. Respect each other
Harassment: Do not engage in any form of harassment, including bullying, sexual harassment or blackmail.
Physical Threats: Do not threaten to harm an individual or group of people. Credible threats or incitement of violence will be removed from the platform.
Privacy: Respect the privacy of others. Do not share personally identifiable information (PII) without consent, or engage in doxxing activities.
Hate Speech: Hate speech or any form of hateful conduct is not tolerated. This includes the promotion of violence or discrimination based on protected characteristics.
Violent Extremism: Do not organize, promote, or support violent extremism or terrorist activities in any form.
Child Safety: Protect the safety of minors by refraining from sharing or soliciting sexually explicit content involving individuals under the age of 18. Any content that sexualizes children is strictly prohibited.
Self-Harm and Suicide: Do not glorify, promote, or encourage self-harm, suicide, or other harmful behaviors. This includes content that depicts or normalizes such actions.
2. Respect Partiful
Spam and Platform Manipulation: Do not engage in spamming activities or manipulate engagement metrics. This includes the use of spambots, self-bots, or any other artificial means to inflate activity.
Security and Fraud: Protect the security of our platform and users. Refrain from engaging in activities that compromise data security, promote scams, or perpetrate fraud.
Misinformation: Content that is false, misleading, and can lead to significant risk of physical or societal harm may not be shared on Partiful. We may remove content if we reasonably believe its spread could result in damage to physical infrastructure, injury of others, obstruction of participation in civic processes, or the endangerment of public health. Misrepresentation of identity and deceptive practices are also prohibited.
3. Follow the Law
Intellectual Property Rights: Respect intellectual property rights and do not share content that violates copyright or other rights.
Illegal Activities: Do not engage in or promote any illegal activities, including human trafficking, sexual solicitation, or any other criminal behavior.
Regulated Goods and Activities: Do not promote or facilitate the sale of regulated or dangerous goods, illegal gambling, or any other unlawful activities.
