THE VIRTUAL CELL: CAN AI PREDICT HOW TO REJUVENATE HUMAN CELLS?
If you could simulate a cell accurately enough, you could test an intervention before it ever touched a patient. That is the promise. This room is here to pressure-test how close we actually are, and what breaks between a model that predicts and a therapy that works.
AI Insiders is not a conference. It's a vertical intelligence network. Each edition is laser-focused on one sector. This one: healthcare, biotech and longevity.
π Thursday, October 8 Β· 4:30β8:30 PM π Financial District, San Francisco π¦ Hosted with Citizens Private Bank π€ Partner: Sprinto β‘ During #SFTechWeek (October 5β11)
100 curated founders, researchers, clinicians, investors and AI builders.
WHY THIS DAY MATTERS
Everyone is talking about longevity. The harder questions are the ones the field keeps deferring:
Virtual cell models are improving fast. Which predictions are good enough to act on today, and which are still only hypothesis generators?
Biological age, brain age, biomarker panels. What is scientifically meaningful right now, and where do these measures mislead the people relying on them?
Nature has already solved parts of this problem. What does biology know that our models have not learned yet?
What evidence should exist before anyone trusts a claim that an intervention changes biological aging?
If you are building, funding, prescribing or regulating in this field, this is the room where those answers take shape.
THE EVENING
4:30 PM β Arrival & Networking Check-in, curated matchmaking, drinks and light bites.

SPEAKER HIGHLIGHTS
Prof. Ronjon Nag (R42 Group, Stanford School of Medicine) is a serial inventor-entrepreneur working at the intersection of AI and biology. His companies have been acquired by Apple, BlackBerry and Motorola. He keynoted our January healthcare edition and is helping shape the scientific arc of this one.
Christin Glorioso, MD PhD (Co-founder and CEO, NeuroAge Therapeutics) works on brain and body age as a measurable signal. Her focus is what is scientifically meaningful today, where AI genuinely improves measurement and prediction, where biomarkers mislead, and what evidence should exist before trusting any claim that an intervention changes biological aging.
Max Marchione (Co-founder and CEO, Superpower) is building preventative healthcare as a consumer product, running comprehensive lab panels and AI analysis for people who are not patients yet. He sees what happens after the science leaves the lab: which biomarkers hold up outside a study, what people actually do with a number that says their body is older than they are, and where the gap sits between a model that predicts and a person who changes something. He returns to the AI Insiders stage after our healthcare edition earlier this year.
Hannah Tono moderates.
More panel and showcase announcements coming.
WHO'S IN THE ROOM
We curate for people who can move the field, not observe it:
Longevity and biotech founders and CEOs Translational scientists and researchers Clinicians and health-system leaders Investors backing healthspan and biotechnology AI builders working on healthcare Policy and ecosystem leaders shaping what comes next
AI Insiders is a 25,000+ member network across six Industry Circles: Healthcare & Biotech, Cybersecurity, Fintech, Media, Government and Robotics.
HOSTED WITH CITIZENS PRIVATE BANK
Citizens Private Bank brings together founders, investors and leaders across the innovation economy through Citizens for Startups.
Longevity requires more than breakthrough science. Research, capital and commercialization have to move together. We're putting those worlds in the same room.
WITH SPRINTO
Sprinto automates security and compliance for fast-growing companies, covering SOC 2, HIPAA, GDPR and the frameworks that sit between a health-AI product and its first customer. Most founders in this room meet those requirements long before they meet revenue.
GETTING IN
Private and approval-based. Every name is reviewed. Tell us what you're building, researching, investing in or bringing to the field.
