Do you ever feel disconnected from what you truly want? Or wish you had more practice recognizing, naming, and voicing your desires with the people around you?
Maybe you crave deeper intimacy but get stuck in people-pleasing, disconnection, or just⊠not knowing how to begin.
Perhaps you long to say ânoâ more clearlyâor âyesâ more fullyâbut find yourself defaulting to safety or silence.
Desire Lab is your playground to change that. We explore whatâs alive beneath the surfaceâbeyond whatâs polite, expected, or familiar.
đ„ What Youâll Experience:
- Map your real desiresânot the scripted ones.
- Practice voicing wants in ways others can actually hear and meet.
- Build somatic awareness to help you slow down, check in, and choose honestly.
- Uncover the fears, patterns, and beliefs that block desire from flowing.
- Explore how to initiate, invite, and respond to desireâwith clarity and care.
- Strengthen your capacity to say YES and NO from the body, not just the brain.
This is a space to fumble, play, and experimentâbecause our culture rarely gives us room to do that with desire. But here, weâll make that room together.
Come willing to show up honestly. Come curious. Come hungry.
đ When: Tuesday, September 30th, 2025 - from 7 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
Please arrive between 6:45 and 7:00 p.m. so we can begin at 7:00 p.m.
- 7:00 pm - Opening Circle and workshop
- 9:00 pm - Closing circle, sharing free flow connection time, wrapping up & goodnight!

The San Francisco Community Nights events are not commercial events; this is not a for-profit business. All contributions go to cover the venue rental and support the facilitator.
- Free Tickets. No one will be turned away for lack of funds. Please contact me, and I'll give you a free ticket.
- Please come with a ticket. We have a "no ticket, no entry" policy to ensure we have the correct number of people to fit the space.
- Last-minute tickets on the event day will start at $45 to encourage early
commitment.
